It's a pvc covered clutch made from the lovely book 'A Lion In The Meadow'. I'm going to keep tissues, bandaids and panadol in it. In case I meet a lion. I might need those things then, right? I made that chai too. Sipping it now, actually.
An absolutely necessary clutch, and so pretty. My word verification here is something you could shout at the lion, too: epparigh! maybe he would need the panadol then.
It's made from a vintage storybook page sandwiched between pieces of pvc and sewn together! Then some press studs and voila! Thanks for the nice comments!
Dear Pip, I am another one who wants to know how you coverd the paper in PVC. What a wonderful idea, cute and really need (thinking about the lions sneaking arround all over), love AnnLuise
so cute! I bought my best friend one for her birthday from your shop and we both love it!! :) I thought a make up-ish case would be a good use for it, however your idea is also fab especially if you happen to cross a lion ;)
Oh Pip, I do love your storybook wallets! I gave a bunch of them for Christmas pressies last year, you may be pleased to know there are several people in Canberra very happy with you!
Cute! How did you make that?! It's lovely
ReplyDeleteThat's so lovely, but I don't understand how you made the book into the pvc... I might be completely misunderstanding what you meants though!
ReplyDeleteI also really like that love heart fabric!
That looks fabbo. How did you make it? I'm curious as well. Or is this in your book?:)
