Hi, I have justed entered your site, filling in time while my three children watch 'Night Garden' before dinner. I have read about your book and seen it in my local book store... However what has struck me is the banner image you have on your site. It is from a story book I was given as a child and now my children love it (to death it has almost fallen apart). "Mary at the Flower Festival" by Gilbert Delahaye & Marcel Marlier. I think I was given the book by my Grade 2 teacher in 1976? I loved it then, the illustrations fascinated me and now.
