If you read the post about everyone's favourite cookbooks, then you'll know that I said I was going to cook the jam shortbread suggested by Heather over there - - and I DID cook the Jam Shortbread a la Tessa Kiros. There it is. Up there. Why don't you have a crack at cooking it too? It's easy and yum.
