Wow. Look what Emma made. Wowee. You can see more here - but let me tell you that YES she made the WHOLE shoe and the SPATS too. She embroidered them herself. She stitched every delicious stitch on those shoes and made the soles and heels and everything. She did. I know you can't believe it, but PINCH yourself because it's true. Go and visit her please. She would like that.
