Dear Reader,On the weekend I made a couple of dresses. Actually, I made this one this morning. It's just a very simple A-Line shift with a front opening so you can pull it over your head. It's a 'beach shift' according to the vintage pattern. But I am not at the beach, Mr Simplicity! Sheesh.
It's made from an old Marimekko curtain, don't you know? Yes. It is. I found the curtain at the op shop a couple of years ago. You can wear it loose and breezy if it's hot (like today) or you can add a vintage belt and cinch it in, if you like. Did you make anything on the weekend?
